ON YOUR 25TH WEDDING

 ANNIVERSARY

Twenty-five years ago Obie and Kate,
Decided that marriage would be easy to take.
 
Easy to take?, Well, maybe not so,
But twenty-five years has helped it to grow...
 
Into a life of enduring love
For one another, with help from above.
 
With help from above they’ve weathered the storm,
And even found time for three girls to be born!
 
These girls are grown, and well on their own,
So I guess Obie and Kates’ ‘wild oats’ have been sown!
 
It hasn’t been easy, or without tears,
So tonight we all wish you, “Many more happy years!”

Aunt Catherine Davidson on their 25th. 
 
(Obviously, this is out of chronological order, but it
 was lost for many years, and ‘re-discovered’ again in 1983).
