OUR FIRST DATE

Pink Champagne....Pink Champagne...
Let me sit here a moment and think.
Up till now the only association I've had
With Pink Champagne, is the kind you drink!
 
Someone new has recently crossed my path,
And from my point of view, she's so real!
I've got to go shower and get ready to meet her,
Don't have time now to write how I feel!
 
I will say this tho..the feeling's not bad,
I haven't experienced it in quite a while.
Real, down to earth people seem to be so rare,
I think to meet her, I'd walk a mile!
 
I really don't want gobs of money,
And I'm not seeking fortune and fame...
Right now I've got to get ready
For my first date with PINK CHAMPAGNE!
 
                 (an 'impromptu' about five
                  min. before getting ready
