Without communication where would we be? It's amazing to learn there are
so many different languages and I don't mean to pick on any one because
they are ALL unique. This just deals with some real life experiences and
thought in this area.

Communication

If some people pronounce 'Vodka', ..'Wodka',
And they will call 'Wine'...'Vine'..
I'm curious why they don't reverse the first letters
So they can say......: 'Vodka and Wine'!

I have a good friend who had trouble
Pronouncing the letter 'V'...
Signs off the C.B. wishing a 'Wery' good day,
And adds, 'that's TYOO you, from me!

I had an uncle who once had a problem:
'TH' became 'TU', I observed...
When we were kids we'd coax him to count...
He'd say, 'First, Second, and Turd!'

Then there are those who are hung-up on 'plurals'..
Wondering if it's Goose or Geese!
Some get mixed-up saying ONE is a MOUSE,
While the nest could be full of MEESE!

If one is DEER, then why not DEERS?...
Like dogs, cats and fleas...
What logic does our vocabulary contain?
Can you clarify that for me please?!

Fish and fishes, Dish and dishes...
What counts is how many pieces...
The other day I saw a MOOSE, No, there were TWO,
So I guess what I saw were some MEESES!

Well MICE or MEESE, GOOSE or GEESE..
It's the confusing talk of the land...
I guess the thing that's really important
Is that we can communicate, and UNDERSTAND!
