REAL LOVE

I do, but I don't..I will or I won't,
Who knows which way I will choose?
If I DO, I've won a temporary prize,
But in the longrun, what will I lose?
 
There needs to be a 'binding' effect,
An attraction, like magnet and steel.
With these factors present, the choice would be simple....
Two hearts could share, and be real.
 
Yes, to be REAL...GENUINE, that's what I want,
But when none of the ingredients above...
Are present.....don't even exist.....
It can scarcely be called 'true' love.
 
I would temporarily forgo the marriage ceremony...
With the relationship 'one on one'...
But in the eyes of God, my Creator..
A commitment would seal it as done.
 
The involvement I need to complete anything further
Must be deep...and inspred from above.
No 'IFS...and ANDS..MAYBES..or BUTS'..
THEN, I would call THAT Real Love!
